Introduction
These terms of service govern the use of the ONE Pro app, developed by Applications de coiffure ONE inc.
By downloading or using the app, you agree to all the conditions described below.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
Use of the App
ONE Pro is intended for hair professionals — stylists or salon managers — to manage appointments, client files, and teams.
ONE Pro is primarily designed for stylists using L’Oréal Professionnel products.
Your data is hosted in secure data centers maintained by trusted providers, using protected and encrypted networks.
If you enable iCloud through Apple, your data may synchronize across your Apple devices linked to your Apple ID.
In-App Purchases
Level 1 Subscription
In-app purchases provide access to a self-renewing monthly subscription allowing unlimited creation of appointments and client files.
The ONE Pro app remains free for your team members.
Level 2 Subscription
In-app purchases provide access to a self-renewing monthly subscription allowing unlimited creation of appointments and client files, including automated email appointment reminders.
The ONE Pro app remains free for your team members.
Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the applicable rate.
Renewal
The subscription automatically renews unless the auto-renewal option is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings after purchase.
Cancellation
In case of subscription cancellation:
- you will no longer be able to create new appointments or client files;
- you will no longer have access to automated email appointment reminders (Level 2);
- you can still view and edit existing appointments and files.
Termination
You may stop using ONE Pro at any time.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete data stored on our servers.
To delete your personal data or data associated with your ONE account, use the "Delete my ONE account" function in the "My Profile" section of the app.
Collected Data and Functionality
ONE Pro may record certain data when voluntarily provided, including:
- first name, email, or team member role;
- salon-related information;
- client files (names, emails, services, photos).
Data Not Collected
ONE Pro does not collect:
- location data;
- external IP addresses;
- personal tracking or analytics data.
Optional Features That May Transmit Data
Wi-Fi Restriction
If you enable this feature, ONE Pro only records:
- The selected Wi-Fi router name;
- Its MAC address.
This option restricts app usage to your salon Wi-Fi network.
Backups and Security
Backups
Daily backups are performed on a secondary server to reduce the risk of data loss.
Apple Internal Security
iOS native encryption and Apple-provided protections complement the overall service security.
We also recommend using a passcode or biometric method (Face ID / Touch ID) on devices used in your salon.
Limitation of Liability
Applications de coiffure ONE inc. cannot be held responsible for:
- data loss caused by incorrect iCloud configuration or use of a shared Apple ID;
- unprotected use of a device by a team member or third party;
- any damage resulting from use not in accordance with these terms.
The salon manager remains responsible for access, devices used by their team, and configuration of associated Apple services.
Intellectual Property
ONE Pro, including its interface, texts, design, technical modules, logo, and all its functionalities, is the exclusive property of Applications de coiffure ONE inc.
It is prohibited to:
- copy the app or its content;
- attempt to decompile or modify it;
- extract or attempt to extract its internal logic.
