Wi-Fi Restriction

The Wi-Fi restriction feature is optional.

If you choose to enable it, ONE Pro only records information necessary to limit app access to your salon network:

• The selected Wi-Fi router name (to help you recognize it)
• Its MAC address (to prevent use of the app outside the authorized network)

ONE Pro does not collect:

• Location data
• External IP addresses
• Data from other networks

Automated Email Reminders

The automated appointment reminder feature is optional.

When enabled, ONE Pro only transmits the data strictly necessary to a third-party email provider to send reminders on your behalf.

No data other than what is required for sending the reminder is shared with this provider.

No tracking, analysis, or secondary use of this data occurs.
