ONE Solo
How do I back up and sync my data across all my devices with ONE Solo?
ONE Solo uses iCloud to back up your data and sync it between your devices.
To enable iCloud backup:
- Open the Settings app
- Select your name (at the top of the screen)
- Tap iCloud
- Enable iCloud Backup
- Go to Apps Using iCloud
- Enable ONE Solo
Important: Without iCloud, your data will not be backed up and may be lost if your device is lost or reset.

How do I back up my data with ONE Pro?
Your data is automatically secured on our servers. No action is required on your part for backup.
How do I sync my data across all my devices with ONE Pro?
To sync your data with ONE Pro, you must enable iCloud:
- Open the Settings app
- Select your name (at the top of the screen)
- Tap iCloud
- Enable iCloud Backup
- Go to Apps Using iCloud
- Enable ONE Pro
Note: All your devices must use the same Apple ID to enable synchronization.
