These terms of service govern the use of the ONE Solo app, developed by Applications de coiffure ONE inc..

By downloading or using the app, you agree to all the conditions described below.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.

App Usage

ONE Solo is intended for hair professionals — students or hairstylists — to manage appointments and client files.

ONE Solo is mainly aimed at independent hairstylists.

Your data is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud through Apple, your data can sync across your Apple devices linked to your Apple ID.

In-App Purchases

Subscription

In-app purchases provide access to a monthly auto-renewable subscription allowing unlimited creation of appointments and client files.

Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Your account will be billed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the prevailing rate.

Renewal

The subscription renews automatically unless the auto-renewal option is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your Apple account settings after purchase.

Cancellation

In case of subscription cancellation:

• you will no longer be able to create new appointments or client files;
• you can still view and edit existing appointments and files.

Termination

You may stop using ONE Solo at any time.

Deleting the app will remove the data stored locally on your device.

Limitation of Liability

Applications de coiffure ONE inc. cannot be held responsible for:

• loss of data resulting from voluntary or accidental deletion of the app;
• unsecured use of your device or an unprotected Apple ID;
• any damage resulting from non-compliant use of the app.

The user remains responsible for backing up their data via iCloud, if this feature is enabled.

Intellectual Property

ONE Solo, including its interface, text, design, logo, and all its features, is the exclusive property of Applications de coiffure ONE inc.

It is prohibited to:

• copy the app or its content;
• attempt to decompile or modify it;
• extract or attempt to extract its internal logic.
